Harry A sweet, nice, innocent boy. Everyone at school loves him. He holds no grudges, has no enemies. He has trouble in school, though. He has dyslexia, so he has trouble with reading, writing, and math. So he tells his friend BG that he needs help. BG accepts the challenge.
Boy Genius (BG) A smart, kind, helpful boy. He gets straight As in school. He stays up late at night, working on all kinds of new inventions. The particular day that Harry asked him to help him do better in school, he stayed up until 2 a.m. BG knew his friends dilemma. He tried to tutor him so many times, and Harrys parents even hired professionals. No one worked, and Harry was still having trouble. So BG stayed up that night, with little luck. The next night, at 11:50 p.m., BG had a break through.
He remembered that he had to go to the hospital a month ago, because his father worked there and had to bring him home after work. He got bored in the waiting room, so he started to wander. He was very careful to not be seen by any of the doctors or nurses. Then, he spotted a cart at the right side of the hallway. There was a jar filled with water on the top shelf, with something small and pink sitting at the bottom. BG was sure he knew what it was, and he ran over to get a closer look. Putting his hands on the top shelf, he pushed himself up on his tippy toes, and found that he was facing an active fragment of an adult human brain. He knew that he could have some use for it in an experiment one day, so he quickly snatched the jar off the cart and slipped it into his pants pocket. The sixth grader ran off toward the waiting room.
Perfect, thought BG. If I carefully unfreeze the brain fragment, and insert it into Harrys brain along with a mechanical timer, then he can use it for his school work without worrying about his dyslexia. The timer will determine when the brain fragment will be active and inactive. If its active all the time, it could have some nasty side effects, but being active for only school shouldnt do anything BG got straight to work. After 3 nights of staying up until 2 a.m., he finally created a perfect functioning brain fragment with an activation timer //:brainfragment.bg/harry<e14v62i19l>
Eddie Lacrosse player. Eddie is Harry and BGs best bud.
While BGs the smart one and Harrys the kind one,
Eddie is the active one. Whenever theres an
obstacle that needs to be passed, Eddie is sure to
achieve it. Eddie knows all about the experiment, and
hes there to support Harry 100%. Eddies a little
arrogant and likes to show off to the teachers and
girls of his grade. He just wants to be accepted, a
feeling he often doesnt get when talking with his dad.
He wants Eddie to grow up to be a computer engineer,
and go to Harvard. But Eddie wants to play lacrosse,
and he likes to fix up cars.
Evil Harry 1903: He was very close to his sister, Abby.
Abby was 10 years older than Harry, but
something was wrong with her. She was very
sick and the doctor found out it was because of
inhaling toxic fumes from oil paint. Abby loved to
paint, and Harry loved to watch her paint. But
she had no idea that her passion would be her
murderer. She died when Harry was 8. He
became bitter at the world, always afraid to
happiness, out of fear that it would be taken
away from him. He went through school, always
getting the highest grades, because he didnt
care to spend time with any of the kids. He
avoided anyone or anything that he might get
emotionally attached to. He went on to Harvard,
and became one of the most intelligent scientists
of his time But no one knew that. He kept his
knowledge to himself. One day, he snapped. He
hated seeing everyone around him so happy, so
ignorant. They had no idea that the things they
loved and cherished the most, the people they
cared so dearly for, would all be gone some day.
And it would just leave them disappointment.
Harry made it his goal to create something
anything, that would affect the section of the
human brain that desired love, friendship and
make it dysfunctional, so there would be no
disappointments, no broken hearts Harry
wanted to make love obsolete.
